Version: CREATOR-PRIVACY-v1.0-2026-07-10 · Effective/updated: July 10, 2026 · Status: Pre-publication counsel review
Lift Like App Inc ("Lift Like") operates the Lift Like creator program, website, app, dashboard, and related services. This policy explains our handling of Creator Personal Information. It does not transfer ownership of personal information or Creator Content. The program is for people at least 19 and old enough to contract where they live; there is no guardian route. If we learn that an under-19 person supplied creator-program information, we will restrict the account, investigate, and delete information not required for safety or law.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide: identity, age and authority representations, contact and account details, profile, biography, credentials, business and contract information, Creator Content and drafts, prompts and outputs, messages, support records, settings, tax and payout information. Stripe generally collects government ID, bank and verification evidence directly; we receive Connected Account identifiers, verification/capability status, limited business, tax, payout, reserve, risk, dispute and transaction information—not full card or bank credentials unless specifically disclosed.
We collect device, browser, app, IP, cookie, identifier, session, activity, performance, engagement, diagnostic, security, approximate-location, pricing-test, attribution, transaction, statement, moderation, complaint, fraud and enforcement information. Sources may include Stripe, Supabase, authentication providers, customers, complainants, rights holders, app stores, vendors, public sources and other creators.
Public fields may include handle, name, image, biography, credentials, content, metrics and customer-visible activity. Public distribution can be copied or cached by others, so deletion cannot retract every lawful or unauthorized copy.
Uses
We use information to review applications; verify identity, authority and qualifications; secure and operate accounts; host, distribute and monetize content; enable customer access and creator interactions; set and test offers; attribute revenue; calculate, hold, reconcile and pay Creator Shares; provide statements and support; communicate; analyze and improve features; rank and recommend; moderate; prevent fraud; maintain accounting and tax records; enforce agreements; and comply with law.
AI processing is separated by purpose: requested generation/transcription; moderation, fraud, support and quality; personalization, ranking and analytics; service evaluation; model training; and material pricing or enforcement decisions. The current product uses server-routed AI providers including Google Gemini, Groq and OpenAI for requested features and fallbacks. Provider, retention and training settings, human review, and any material automated-decision appeal must be confirmed before publication. We will not treat broad model training as ordinary service operation; where additional consent or licence is required, we will request it separately.
Disclosures
We disclose information as needed to Stripe; Supabase; hosting/CDN and storage providers; analytics, AI, transcription, moderation, email, push, crash and support providers; app stores; contractors and affiliates under appropriate duties; customers and the public for creator-facing features; professional advisers; transaction counterparties in a financing or sale; and authorities, rights holders, or affected people where reasonably necessary for law, safety, rights, fraud or enforcement. We may disclose with consent. Service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, and other locations where they or their subprocessors operate, subject to contractual and legal safeguards where required.
Platform Data includes service telemetry, transaction records, experiments, analytics, recommendations, moderation and fraud signals, algorithms, and aggregate or de-identified intelligence. Lift Like owns or controls these business assets as between the parties, but that does not eliminate privacy rights in underlying personal information.
Cookies, tracking, and communications
We use necessary cookies for sessions and onboarding, and PostHog-based product analytics where configured. We may use proportional analytics and experiment assignments to understand offers and performance. Any sale, cross-context sharing, targeted advertising, sensitive profiling, ATT-triggering activity, email pixels, or advertising SDK use must be disclosed and supported by required choices before activation. Creators can opt out of promotional communications while still receiving service, legal, safety and payment messages.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and profile information while active and for a reasonable closure period; content while needed for authorized distribution and surviving licences; contract acceptances, transactions, tax, statements, payouts and disputes for applicable legal periods; moderation, fraud, security and complaint evidence while reasonably needed; and backups until overwritten on their ordinary cycle. Legal holds override ordinary deletion. Exact production periods, backup windows, AI-provider retention and deletion timing are required before publication.
Closure is not Stripe closure and does not immediately erase tax, payment, fraud, moderation, backup, legal or existing-customer-entitlement records. We delete or de-identify information when no longer reasonably required, subject to law and the Creator Terms.
Security and duties
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature and risk of information, including access controls and provider protections, but no system is perfectly secure. Creators must protect credentials, use authorized features, and promptly report suspected incidents.
Rights and choices
Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about disclosure, consent withdrawal, objection or restriction, opt-outs, and review or appeal of qualifying automated decisions. Rights may have legal exceptions. We verify requests proportionately and explain denials where required. Contact us at damon@liftlike.app. Canadians may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or an applicable provincial regulator; other regulators may be available where you live.
Changes and contact
Each version is archived with an identifier, date and preferably a hash. We do not overwrite accepted versions. Material changes receive notice and reacknowledgement, reacceptance or consent where appropriate.
