- Session cookies that keep you signed in.
- Onboarding cookies that remember quiz answers while you move through the funnel.
- Security cookies used by service providers to prevent fraud and abuse.
- Payment cookies used by Stripe when you open checkout.
- A consent cookie that remembers whether you allowed analytics and advertising measurement.
Analytics and advertising measurement
We use product analytics (PostHog and Vercel Web Analytics) to understand the funnel. We also use Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and TikTok Pixel to measure whether ads on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok lead to website visits, sign-ups, checkouts, or purchases. These services may use browser and click identifiers for this measurement. After you provide a valid checkout email, TikTok also receives a normalized SHA-256 hash of that email to match later checkout and conversion events. We do not send TikTok your phone number, name, quiz answers, health data, or workout data for this matching. In the EU, UK, EEA and Switzerland these tools run only after you accept. Sign-in, onboarding, and checkout cookies do not wait for that choice.
Browser choices
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some cookies are necessary for sign-in, onboarding persistence, and checkout, so disabling them may prevent parts of the site from working.
