This policy explains how LiftLike reviews subscription refund requests, duplicate charges, and billing access issues.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the checkout flow or applicable law says otherwise.
Refund review
Refunds are reviewed case by case. Send payment concerns within 14 days of the charge and include the account email, Stripe receipt, charge date, and a short explanation of the issue.
Issues we can review
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- Charges tied to an account you cannot access.
- Incorrect subscription state after checkout.
- Technical issues that prevent access to paid features.
