This End User License Agreement governs your use of the LiftLike mobile app and related app features provided by Celer Studios. By installing, opening, or using the app, you agree to these license terms and our Terms of Service.
License
Celer Studios grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LiftLike for your own fitness tracking, creator programming, nutrition, and account features while you comply with this agreement.
Restrictions
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or misuse the app, creator content, backend services, or accounts. You may not use LiftLike to violate law, platform rules, or the rights of Celer Studios, creators, or other users.
Subscriptions and app access
Paid app access is purchased through the LiftLike web onboarding funnel and processed by Stripe. Subscription status is synced to the app before creator programming and account features are available.
Apple Health permissions
LiftLike may offer optional Apple Health features through HealthKit on supported iPhone builds. Those features require your Apple Health permission before LiftLike can read authorized steps and active calories or save completed LiftLike workouts back to Apple Health. You can change or revoke Apple Health permissions in the Apple Health app at any time.
Apple and Google terms
When you download LiftLike through an app store, the applicable Apple or Google platform terms also apply. Those platform providers are not responsible for LiftLike support, maintenance, claims, or content except where their own terms require otherwise.
